Drawing the 'perfect' eye is very difficult learning how to make it look realistic and wet like a real eye is hard... unless you master it ... by practicing practicing and you guessed it practicing i am no where near mastering the realistic eye but i am learning and hopefully you could too...
Follow these easy steps to start learning !!! :)

Step 1) First of all you get a sharp pencil preferably a 2B, draw a lemon like shape, this is going to be the shape of your eye (don't worry if its not very accurate everyone eyes are different) afterwards draw a line following the bottom of the "lemon" shape this will be your water line
Step 2) now you going to want to draw a circle i did mine in the center as i want my eye to look as its looking at you, but you can draw it were ever you want it to be looking, then in the center of the big circle now draw another circle roughly half the size this is the pupil, too draw the tear duct 'thingy' in the corner of the eye draw a diagonal curved line then two more inside the sector you just created.

Step 3) Know shade in the pupil make sure to there's no white of the paper showing now make small lines coming away from the pupil (no pupil is completely circular) i also darkened the inner bottom line for depth later
Step 4) use the same technique when you did the lining of the pupil and start from the outer circle line inwards creating small lines going into about a half way between the outer circle and pupil, do this until you've finished all around they outer circle go back if there's any gaps
step 5) go to the pupil and do the same this as you did in step 3 but do it lighter but darker that the outside leave a ring of white.
step 5) go to the pupil and do the same this as you did in step 3 but do it lighter but darker that the outside leave a ring of white.
Step 6) now for the tear duct 'thingy' create a little depth by making your shading darker at the begging of each three segments of the inner corner of the eye
Step 7) now for shading the ball of your eye do thing by making curved lines then use your finger to smudge the lines to make them less harsh
step 8) add the eye lid crease and shade outwards
step 8) add the eye lid crease and shade outwards
Step 9) now its time for eyelashes... im not the best at this but i am learning its basic start small at the inner corner and and make them longer as you go further along the eye, to get the eyelash look by curving them from the right bottom of the top eye line round do this for all the eyelashes top and bottom
Step 10) now simply add the eye brow and you done
P.S... if you take your rubber and rubb of a little bit of the pupil and the main eye it looks like the reflection of light ~x~
